1. Description of the service

Veta is an interior design project management platform that allows users to manage clients, projects, budgets, suppliers and product catalogs.

2. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Platform lawfully and in accordance with these terms. You must not use the service for illegal, abusive or third-party rights-infringing activities.

3. User account

You are responsible for keeping your account and password confidential. All activity under your account is your responsibility.

4. Intellectual property

The software, design and content of the Platform are owned by Veta or its licensors. The data you enter remains your property.

Privacy policy

Last updated: February 11, 2026

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with applicable regulations.

Data we collect

We collect the information you provide when you register (email, name) and the data you enter on the Platform to manage your projects (clients, suppliers, budgets, etc.).

Purpose of processing

We use your data to provide the service, manage your account, send necessary communications (e.g. login links) and improve the Platform.

Data sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We use service providers (such as Supabase) for hosting and authentication, who act as processors under contract.

Retention

We retain your data while you have an active account. You can request deletion of your account and data at any time.

Cookies

Last updated: March 3, 2026

Cookies are small text files that the website stores on your device (computer, tablet or phone) when you visit. They are used to remember preferences, keep your session or measure site usage. Only we or our authorised providers can read them.

Necessary cookies

They are essential for the site to work: without them you could not log in or use protected features.

  • Supabase (authentication): session cookies to keep your access secure (e.g. sb-*-auth-token). They are only used when you log in to the platform.

Statistics cookies

They help us understand how the site is used (pages viewed, traffic source) in an aggregate and anonymous way.

  • Google Analytics 4 (GA4): _ga, _ga_*, _gid, _gat — measurement of visits and events (only if you accept analytics in the cookie banner).
  • Google Tag Manager (GTM): container that loads and manages tags (including GA4). It may use its own cookies depending on the container configuration.
  • Vercel Analytics: performance and site usage metrics on the infrastructure where the application is hosted.

Personalisation cookies

They store language, theme or display preferences. We currently do not use specific personalisation cookies; the theme (light/dark) can be stored locally in your browser without identifiable cookies.

Marketing cookies

They are used to show relevant ads or measure campaigns. We currently do not use advertising or remarketing cookies on this site.

Unclassified cookies

These are cookies we have not yet categorised or that may depend on third-party services. The tools we use (GTM, GA4, Vercel, Supabase) are covered under necessary and statistics.

You can change your cookie preferences at any time from the cookie banner (on marketing pages) or by reviewing your browser settings.
